Bookings
Bespoke training is confirmed following a discovery call and written quote. A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing and any deposit has been received.
Pricing
Prices shown are starting prices. Final pricing depends on group size, duration and the focus areas agreed during your discovery call.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed in your written quote and booking confirmation.
Certification
A Certificate of Completion is issued on successful completion of the agreed training.
